The only person who is never wrong is one that is never attempting to grow, to expand their horizons. They will do nothing wrong because they do nothing right.
I make mistakes all the time, and most of the time I learn from them. Even if I am too thickheaded to learn the first or fifth time, I admit when I am wrong.
Try to make at least one non-fatal mistake a day and learn from it.
