We all want that hit, that high. Be it from solving a complex problem at work or an hour with your crush, a TikTok we posted getting a hundred likes or getting our fix in a more dangerous manner. We ALL want to feel that rush, we all have a need.
Lace up your shoes. Maybe it is once around the block that gets your juices flowing and loosens up your legs and your mind. Maybe its 5km. Or even longer. Doesn’t matter.
Get your body moving and your mind will follow quickly.
You will feel awesome and become more excellent by hitting the pavement.
