The more energy you expend in your life in positive manners, the more you get.
The Rotarians have a saying “Givers Get.” This is one of the most succinct truths I have heard, because those who give of themselves receive in ways that are varied and impactful. It is essentially capitalistic karma, a creation of “goodwill” on the cosmic books that inevitably is repaid with interest.
Helping others is ultimately the best investment in yourself because you have no clue when nor how the return will be realized, but it is always tremendous, especially when you seek nothing in return for your efforts of being a good human.
