If you have reached your mid 40’s, there are more years behind you than in front of you.
If you are in your 30’s, you have roughly only 2,500 weeks left and before you blink you have an aching back and a minivan and trouble sleeping through the night.
Time keeps slipping into the future, inevitably flowing as it has for the past 10,000 years of civilization and will after you and I are forgotten.
Given the briefness of our tenure here, what are you going to do? Bemoan the shortness of life, or burn so brightly that for generations your name is spoken of for how intensely your flame shone?
