Without justice there can be no peace.
Without peace, evil creeps in and innocents are harmed.
The rule of law for all equally is a base requirement for a successful society. If individuals are allowed to skirt the laws and receive special treatment due to their wealth or political connections or membership in a group, the fabric of trust is ripped and the connections deteriorate and we eye each other suspiciously. This is the path to chaos and barbarism.
Justice and peace need each other.
Justice develops not just integrity but strength that is needed to develop and keep peace.
Lawfulness leads to safety and security and hope.
Hope produces peace.
Foster both peace and justice.
