Stone by Stone

“Don’t judge each day by the harvest you reap but by the seeds that you plant.”  Robert Louis Stevenson

Overnight success generally takes a decade of slaving away in obscurity.

Years of struggle before getting The Break.

Look at your life like a great cathedral.  They take decades or more to build, and long before the crowds admire the stained glass or marvel at the ornate carvings, the foundation is dug.  The cornerstone is laid, and the walls are built up brick by brick and stone by stone.

Great works take time.  Yes, dream of the gorgeous structure but focus on laying THAT stone for all that will come is supported by it.  Place each piece with great intent.  Eventually the masses will come.
