Month of Miracles

“I heard a bird sing in the dark of December. A magical thing.” -Oliver Herford

Miracles aren’t always the touchdown as time expires on an amazing play, or the pregnant waitress unexpectedly being given the winning lottery ticket.

Yesterday, my youngest son was hit by a car.  He’s bruised and sore and was upset that he missed robotics for half a day but he’s ok.  This is a miracle.

A friend randomly encountered on the street among the hustle and bustle that brings a huge smile to your face.  This is a miracle.

Someone helped you with work or a task.  This is a mini miracle.

You got up this morning.  This is a miracle.

The bird singing in the dark does not realize the miracle it is to another.  Be that miracle to someone else today.
