An individual is beautiful and fragile yet is the fundamental building block of all great and lasting things.
An organization is not made up of identical Lego blocks that are assembled per prepackaged instructions, but crafted from countless individuals working together to build something that may not be perfect but is good. This is nature reflected in man’s creations.
No two people are alike, the same way no two snowflakes are alike. Yet an individual flake or person lacks the power to transform the world around us in beautiful powerful ways or destructive negative ones. We need one another to change our world together.
