Vulnerable

“Vulnerability is the birthplace of innovation, creativity and change.”
― Brene Brown

Vulnerable means being open, and openness to feedback and new ideas is the critical factor in our personal evolution.

The athlete that knows it all will never improve and will be caught flat footed when a competitor does something radically different.

The professional that cannot take constructive criticism will not be promoted nor advance their career.

The business owner that can recognize and accept failure sees it as the catalyst for new creations.

Being vulnerable is exposing yourself to potential harm, and it is the little hits and damage that toughen and strengthen and teach so that great things can be brought into the world and our lives.
