“Your most unhappy customers are your greatest source of learning.”
-Bill Gates
When someone complains, it is because they care.
Your friend bitching about you being always late? If it was not important and disrupting lives and potentially the relationship, they wouldn’t have said a word and quietly stopped doing things with you.
Your coach yelling because of lollygagging? They want the best of you and for you.
The person getting upset because you have an inefficient process that wastes time, like having to input the same information three times? They showed you the friction in your system that can be eliminated to run smoother.
You learn little from those that have no issues, but you learn nothing from those that are silent and ghost you. It is the complainers that give us insight and ultimately innovation.
