Good Job

“Honor lies in honest toil.” ―Grover Cleveland

Doing good work is it’s own reward.

The process of becoming better, of doing the hard things to improve be it as a musician or artisan in any form is core to excellence and ultimately mastery.

Loving the training to become a champion, the Zen like joy of executing on and completing the little things that lead to the great things is the path to glory that lasts for all of your days, and maybe beyond.

It is not the rewards that others give us but the sweat of the brow and the smile and pride of accomplishment at the end of the long hard day.  This is the greatest honor.
