“Change can be scary, but you know what’s scarier? Allowing fear to stop you from growing, evolving, and progressing.” — Mandy Hale
Fear is the killer of dreams.
Fear is the greatest barrier to greatness.
Fear is what keeps us in place.
But how will you feel if next year on this date you are in the exact same situation but a year older? Does that scare you?
What about five years from now being in the same place? Does that terrify you?
A decade with no growth?
So which fear will you give into, the fear of the moment or the fear of stagnation that forces you to do something scary now to avoid something much worse in the future?
Start. Make a tiny change, so small it is barely noticeable. And then keep going. Or else you’ll still be where you are next year.
