Best I Can Today

“I get up every day, do the best I can do, and go home and have a good time.”

-Ina Garten

I absolutely love what I do.

But every morning I step away from my computer for an hour to train martial arts.  When I sit back down, I am refreshed and recharged and prepared to work my keister off for another eight hours.

Then I run and spend time with the kids.  Even when they are as frustrating as teenagers can be, spending time with them is the most joyous time and refreshes my soul and gives me hope and emotional strength to then sit back down and work more.

Without love, without renewal, we will crack and break.

Take the time to be with those you love, because that is why you do what you do.  Never lose sight of that through the pile of work!
