Nothing is as bitter as the truth that has been hidden under sweet lies.
The darker the chocolate, the harsher. It hasn’t been diluted with cream or cut with sugar. It is not for everyone, but the benefits are significantly greater for those that can tolerate the dark, raw nature of it.
Cut back on the cheap, overly sweetened and fake to appreciate the real. It might not be delightful at first taste, but it is better.
